Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping transit time.

Free Shipping

Smile Cases currently offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Expedited shipping options may occasionally be available at checkout for selected destinations.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas depending on local courier conditions.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email address.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear within the courier tracking system after shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates after shipment.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Smile Cases is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local postal services.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and related handling costs.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Smile Cases is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
